Your organization's processes are unique. We work with you to understand the work you are performing and the processes that support it. We have tools and techniques to help identify what is being done, who is doing it, understanding the flow and what is interrupting it.
Once we know this, we work with you to identify the changes that should be made, the systems that should be built, and calculate the Return On Investment. We target a 6-9 month ROI.
Then we get started. We quickly design and prototype processes (quickly means “in days”, not the typical months that you may be used to). Then we work with you to test, modify as needed, and continually improve the process. Then we move on to the next process. Rinse and repeat until we can’t find any other processes to improve.

Our business model acknowledges those realities. We build custom solutions tailored to you. And our pricing is a flat monthly fee which allows us to continually improve and support and modify your solution.
We host the solution, handle all the infrastructure, licensing, back-ups, and upgrades. All you need is an internet connection and a web browser. We take of everything else.
Our pricing varies according to how rapidly a client needs new features added, typically, that falls in the range of $3-5k, though is lower for particularly patient customers.
To make sure we pay for ourselves, we work with you to identify savings of at least $10,000 per month. If we can’t, it doesn’t make sense for us to work together. If we find $20,000 in monthly savings, our price is still the same – we just expect you to be a very satisfied customer.
